Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes, absolutely. The product you receive will be exactly the same as shown in the picture. We take great care to ensure that our photos accurately reflect the quality, color, and details of each item. Please note that slight variations may occur due to screen settings or lighting, but we always guarantee the same product shown.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

You can view and download your sales receipt directly from the confirmation email you receive after completing your purchase. If you created an account during checkout, you can also log in to your account and find all your past orders and receipts in the “My Orders” or “Order History” section.

How can I return an item?

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 2 days of receiving it. To start a return, please contact our customer service at info@carminaromero.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

Please note: Return shipping costs may apply unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

We do our best to restock popular items as quickly as possible. If an item is marked as “out of stock,” it may become available again soon. We recommend signing up for restock notifications on the product page or contacting us directly to find out if and when it will be restocked.

Some limited-edition or seasonal products may not return once sold out.

Where can I ship my order?

We currently ship orders to Costa Rica and around the world using Fedex Carrier.
